1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings are made online via our official website at www.future-40.com or associated registration platforms.

1.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Your place is not confirmed until payment is received and a booking confirmation email has been issued.

1.3. Prices are stated in GBP and exclude VAT. FUTURE 40 is a small UK business and not currently VAT registered.

2. Access and Participation

2.1. The Webinar will be hosted online via Zoom. Access details will be provided via email prior to the session.

2.2. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate internet access and compatible technology to join the Webinar.

2.3. We reserve the right to change the platform or access method where required, and you will be informed in advance.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

3.1. Cancellation by You:

- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled Webinar will be refunded in full, less a service fee of £1.25 per ticket.

- Cancellations made within 7 days of the Webinar are non-refundable.

3.2. Transfer of Booking:

- You may request to transfer your booking to another date (if available) or to another participant by emailing leigh@future-40.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled Webinar. Transfers are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

3.3. Cancellation by Us:

- In the unlikely event we cancel the Webinar, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

3.4. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials, content, recordings, and resources provided during or after the Webinar are the intellectual property of FUTURE 40 and are provided for your personal use only.

4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Webinar content without our prior written consent.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

5.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5.2. By registering, you consent to us:

- Contacting you with necessary information about the Webinar.

- Providing follow-up materials or surveys.

- Offering relevant services or future events (with the option to unsubscribe at any time).

5.3. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., Zoom for hosting or PayPal for payment processing).

5.4. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting leigh@future-40.com. See our full Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

- Technical issues that prevent your access to the Webinar.

- Any reliance placed by you on information or opinions shared during the Webinar.

6.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Webinar.

7. Recordings and Replays

7.1. The Webinar may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being included in any such recording if you speak, comment, or appear on camera.

7.2. Recordings may be made available to registered participants for a limited time after the event. Unauthorised distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
